Known Issues on MCP 2020 Update:

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this major update may have caused, and we would be glad to receive any feedback to continue improving your experience using our contents. We also express our deepest gratitude to customers who have reported the problems to us – your feedback is invaluable.

1. Lost accounts (support available)

If you created your account after May 5, 2020, you may not be able to regain access to your account and materials, due to a loss in our data. Fortunately, your orders are still present within the database, making restoration possible.

If this error happens to you, please contact us on Facebook or at [email protected] and supply us with the email used in your order, your purchased products, along with a preferred username. We will recreate an account along with the purchased materials to make sure you can continue your consulting prep process.

Please keep in mind that you’ll need to reset the password immediately upon accessing the new account to ensure your own security.

We are looking into the problem to deliver a solution as soon as possible, and we’ll promptly inform you when the error is fixed.

2. Broken links (solved)

Some of the old links to the premium materials (e.g.: are now producing a 404 error. This is due to the related materials being moved to new locations.

We have re-established access through the aforementioned links; however, if you find your purchased materials inaccessible (404 error), you can still access them through the “Downloads” tab of your My Account interface, as shown below, and please inform us of the broken link.

3. Non-working free materials buttons (partially solved)

As of present, the download buttons for the Prospective Candidate Starter Pack on our articles are not working properly. We are working to implement this feature as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, his collection of materials can still be easily accessed through our shop’s interface, as a free product.
