I am a former McKinsey JEM (Junior Engagement Manager) passionate about how consulting is a career booster and an outstanding way to start a career.

 

I offer training sessions designed to make you ready for the most selective interviews, starting from your application strategy (where and when to apply, cover letter, résumé) down to the content of the interviews themselves (fit, case study).

 

I will give you all the tools and methodologies you need to succeed. I was a McKinsey interviewer myself and have delivered at least 100 coaching sessions since leaving the Firm. I will point you to publicly available resources whenever possible so that you can improve by yourself and for free, and I’ll focus on giving you targeted advice at key moments of your training.

 

Applying to consulting is a tedious process and I will help you make this process efficient and – equally important – interesting. I will share stories about my consulting experience and about how other candidates prepared for their interviews.

 

Our first sessions will focus on your strategy. We will then gradually move to mock interviews. At the end of each session, I will give you a pass or fail assessment, detailed feedback on the case and fit questions, and comments on the content of the case (e.g., industry or function-specific content for your next cases). I will highlight what interviewers are looking for when meeting with you.
