Choose a suitable coach and a timeslot. Please complete the checkout within 15 minutes to reserve your timeslot. Once the coach confirms your booking, you cannot cancel the meeting.
You will receive a full refund if the booking is cancelled due to any of the following reasons: the coach rejects your booking request, you cancel your booking before it is confirmed or there is no response from a coach within 72 hours. For more details, please read our Booking Guideline.
It depends on your learning situation. You should have your first meeting with a suitable coach to identify your areas of improvement, then the coach can help you with the learning journey.
Our coaches are ex-consultants from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, PwC, and other consulting firms who have insider knowledge of the consulting industry. They can help you with resume reviews, case practice, or provide any other insights on how to get an offer from one of the big consulting firms (MBB). In a meeting with our coaches, you will receive feedback on your performance and a preparation plan to help you achieve your goals. If you need any support, please send a message to our coaches.
Each coach has a different teaching style; therefore, you can try out different coaches to find the one who is the best fit for you. Once you have found the coach that works for you, you should keep working with them to receive consistent feedback.
You should inform the coach beforehand about your expectations, concerns, or specific subjects you wish to practice. If you have any materials for the coach to look at, you can upload them in the Meeting Details.
You might experience some technical issues as you are experience the early version of our platform. You need your coach's confirmation to reschedule the confirmed meeting. Talk to your coach in advance and send a reschedule request. If the new time is not confirmed, you are deemed to cancel your meeting and there will be no refund.
You can cancel your booking request and will not be charged for the payment. However, you are NOT allowed to cancel your confirmed meeting, resulting in no refund.
In the event of an urgent matter, you can discuss it with the coach. If the coach agrees to your cancel request, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (along with proof) to cancel and get a refund equal to 90% of the price of the coaching session.
No. Conducted meetings are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the meeting, discuss with your coach to figure out a solution.
If you do not attend your meeting, you are deemed to cancel your meeting and will NOT receive a refund. Please discuss with your coach to reschedule your meeting if the coach agrees.
